刘鹏，博士，杭电钱塘学者教授，博士生导师，英国Leverhulme访问研究员，入选浙江省海外高层次留学人才，研究方向为工业互联网、边缘计算、车联网、物联网等；担任CCF互联网专委会执行委员、CCF物联网专委会执行委员、中国自动化学会混合智能专委会委员、IEEE Communications and Information Security Technical Committee委员。在IEEE Internet of Things Journal、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、Journal of Network and Computer Applications等国外重要期刊与IEEE ICC、IEEE WCNC等重要会议上发表论文40多篇（其中第一或者通信作者SCI 16篇，CCF推荐会议10篇），授权发明专利2项，主持及完成国家自然科学基金3项，参与国家自然科学基金3项，其他省部级项目8项。
国家首批一流本科课程核心教师、国家级精品课程课程组成员、省级优秀研究生课程建设负责人、省级虚拟仿真实验教学项目负责人、省级教育科学规划项目负责人、教育部第二批产学合作协同育人项目负责人。指导的卓越学院学生获得第十三届“恩智浦”智能车大赛浙江省一等奖，浙江省电子设计竞赛二等奖指导教师，2019小挑校决赛队伍指导教师优秀毕业设计指导教师，第七届青年教师教学技能竞赛二等奖，校级优秀班级班主任。
